Kamana Kafle, known as AgriGirl, is an agricultural researcher, communicator, and PhD student in Agricultural Communication and Leadership at the University of Arkansas. A Distinguished Doctoral Fellow with a background in digital agriculture and GIS, she founded Kamana Agricultural Solution & Research Centre and hosts The Kamana Talks, connecting science, farmers, and public leadership.

Kamana Kafle, widely known as AgriGirl, is an agricultural researcher, science communicator, and advocate for sustainable farming and agri-leadership. Originally from Nepal, she holds a Bachelor's in Agriculture from Purbanchal University and is completing her Master's in Digital Agriculture and GIS at Arkansas State University. In fall 2026, she begins her PhD in Agricultural Communication and Leadership at the University of Arkansas as a Distinguished Doctoral Fellow. Kamana founded Kamana Agricultural Solution & Research Centre, leading research and farmer training across Nepal, and hosts The Kamana Talks, a global podcast on agricultural leadership. Her work bridges scientific research, grassroots farming, and public communication, earning recognition including "Agri Girl of Nepal" and speaking invitations from the FAO, UN Environment Programme, and international summits.
